Innovation Partner relationship extends and expands
Red Bull Racing is very pleased to announce the extension and expansion of its relationship with innovation partner AT&T, the global integrated communications and entertainment company. Within the new multi-year agreement, AT&T will continue to provide Red Bull Racing with global network and connectivity services. The new AT&T logo will be prominently displayed on the rear wing of the RB12 and on the drivers’ racing overalls.

Sahara Force India presents the VJM09 in Barcelona
Sahara Force India marked the beginning of its season today as Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez pulled the covers off the VJM09 in Barcelona. They were joined by the team’s development driver, Alfonso Celis, as they posed for photos in front of the world’s media ahead of the start of the team’s winter testing programme.

Nobuharu Matsushita Becomes Mclaren-Honda Test And Development Driver
McLaren-Honda is pleased to announce that Nobuharu Matsushita has joined the team as test and development driver.
The Japanese driver will focus on simulator support and engineering work to underline the efforts of our race drivers, Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso, as well as reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne.

Manor Racing has chosen Rio Haryanto for its second race seat, completing a young and hungry 2016 driver line-up.
The 23-year-old’s Formula 1 debut follows success in junior formulae since single-seater racing in 2008. He impressed in each of his three F1 tests and graduates from a robust 2015 season in GP2 Series.

Williams Appoints Gary Paffett as Simulator Driver for 2016
Williams is pleased to announce that Gary Paffett has been appointed as the team’s simulator driver for 2016.
Gary has joined the team for the 2016 season to assist the vehicle science department in developing the Williams Mercedes FW38 at the Williams factory in Grove. He will work closely with the team throughout the year to provide extensive feedback to help the continued development of this year’s car.
Nikita Mazepin joins Sahara Force India in development role
Sahara Force India Formula One Team is pleased to announce Nikita Mazepin as a development driver to mark the beginning of a long-term association with the team. The 16-year-old Russian will be immersed in the team as part of an extensive development programme with regular simulator sessions and attendance at various race events during the 2016 season.
